Service Technician
Service Technician
Service Technicians play a key role in delivering quality repairs and provide a positive service experience for every customer. The Service Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing vehicle concerns, identifying the cause, and completing the correction according to manufacturer procedures and dealership standards. By consistently verifying completed repairs and maintaining a high standard of quality control, Service Technicians help provide a positive customer experience.

Primary Duties:
- Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle concerns
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently using proper tools, equipment, and diagnostic processes
- Complete accurate and detailed documentation
- Verify all repairs and maintain quality control by confirming the original concern is corrected
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Service, Parts, and customers (as needed)
- Continually develop technical skills and maintain certifications through manufacturer.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License- insurable under dealership insurance policy
- Ability to safely operate required tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability and willingness to complete ongoing training and maintain required certifications
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Quick Lane Technician
Quick Lane Technician
Quick Lane Technicians play a key role in delivering quality preventative maintenance and providing a positive service experience for every customer. This position is responsible for performing multi-point inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and completing light-line repairs according to manufacturer procedures and dealership standards. By consistently verifying completed work and maintaining a high standard of quality control, Quick Lane Technicians help provide a positive customer experience.

Primary Duties:
- Perform multi-point inspections to identify worn, broken, or maintenance-related components.
- Complete light line work and preventative maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, and basic brakes).
- Reset oil change life indicators across various vehicle models.
- Verify all work and maintain quality control.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the Quick Lane team, Parts Department, and customers.
- Complete required training courses and ongoing training milestones.
